Nenu roju dhandam pettukonu
Manam bagundali ante
manaki kavalsinavi konne
Anandam Andam Aishwaryam
Kutumbam Snehithulu Guruvulu
Chadhuvu Gnyanam Dhairyam
Ee thommidi unte
manaki ei lotu undadu
Ivvi devudiki gurthuntayi
Ivve, devudikaina avasaram
Daivamkanna avasarama?

I do not pray every day
If we have to be good
there’s only a few we need
Happiness, Beauty, Luxury
Family, Friends, Teachers
Education, Wisdom, Courage
If we have these nine
we won’t have any lacking
God remembers this
These, even God requires
Are these more required than the Divine?
Are these themselves the Divine?
